The production of olive oil, as well as the wine one, represents the most ancient activity of the farm.

And, all the processes are led observing our tradition:

•  the cultivation of olive trees
•  the picking, always manual
•  the pressing, rigorously daily
•  the cold squeezing working

In this way, every year we produce extra virgin olive oil we serve our guests.
